Broccolli Cornbread

1- Box Jiffy Muffin Cornbread mix
1- Box of chopped broccoli ( thawed )
1- Small container of Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/2 stick of margarine
2- large eggs
1/2 small onion- chopped...( if preferred, I don't )
1- Tablespoon of sugar
Salt & Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until done....( Depending on your oven )
